LUBBOCK , TX, UNITED STATES, September 16, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Kizer Holdings, Inc. today announced the launch of Kizer AI, which opens nearly 500,000 acres of family-controlled land across the Texas Panhandle, eastern New Mexico, the Permian Basin and southeastern Oklahoma to data center and energy developers as turnkey sites ranging from 100 MW to more than 1 GW.

The company targets hyperscale campuses and underwrites every site with its own AI-powered platform, Kizer Parcel Intelligence, before developers commit significant capital to site diligence.

In Randall County, Texas, two sites at the Amarillo city limit can accommodate up to 1.5 GW of data center capacity, with natural gas infrastructure along both property boundaries, the Interstate 40 long-haul fiber corridor approximately one mile away, and the planned Tecovas 765 kV substation located within the county.

In Roosevelt County, New Mexico, a 345 kV line crosses the property, the county is a hub for the region’s first 765 kV line, and the adjacent interstate pipeline has available capacity that could support up to 3 GW of generation, subject to engineering, contracting and regulatory requirements. The family’s existing water rights are located within a basin closed to new claims, creating a potentially scarce infrastructure asset for large-scale development.

In Torrance County, New Mexico, a 17,000-acre block under one owner sits approximately 0.3 miles from an interstate gas line with posted capacity potentially capable of supporting a gigawatt-scale campus, where the SunZia wind and transmission project resides. Based on current resource modeling, solar and wind development on the family’s adjacent land could supply approximately 60 percent of the campus’s annual energy requirements. A further 110,000 contiguous acres in Guadalupe County, on Interstate 40 at Santa Rosa, is being offered to wind and solar developers as generation land.
