Talent Management Collective and EdgePoint Name Christyl Lucille Murray Executive Director

Former JPMorgan Chase and Morgan Stanley talent management leader, Christyl Lucille Murray, will oversee both the Talent Management Collective and EdgePoint.

NEW YORK, NY, UNITED STATES, August 17, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Leadership Science Holdings today announced the appointment of Christyl Lucille Murray as Executive Director of its two executive communities, the Talent Management Collective (TMC) and EdgePoint. Murray will lead both.

Murray succeeds Dr. Natalie Baumgartner, who helped build TMC into a working community for senior talent leaders and chief people officers. Baumgartner will continue as Senior Faculty, remaining closely involved in programming and thought leadership.

Murray began her career in consulting at Accenture before moving inside financial services, where she built leadership development programs at JPMorgan Chase and Morgan Stanley. She holds an MBA from the Wharton School and teaches talent management and leadership at New York University, Columbia University, and Brown University. She serves on the advisory boards of Chief Learning Officer and WorldatWork and contributes regularly to GAI Insights’ Morning AI Brain Brew. She is a founding member of Women Applying AI, and authored SHINE, a framework for leading human-centered AI transformation published in Chief Learning Officer.

“Christyl has done this work at scale inside two of the most demanding institutions in financial services, and she now teaches the people who will do it next,” said Dan Fisher, PhD, Chief Executive Officer of Leadership Science Holdings, parent company of TMC and EdgePoint. “That combination is exactly what these communities need as we expand beyond serving established talent leaders into developing the ones coming behind them.”

“The hardest problems in talent management don’t have published answers yet,” Murray said. “What drew me here is that both communities are built around the people actually working them out.”

“We started TMC because we observed how much talent management leaders loved learning and solving problems with peers” said Baumgartner. “Christyl brings an extraordinary combination of experience leading this work inside complex organizations and developing the next generation of talent leaders. I’m excited to see her build on what we’ve created and lead the community into its next chapter.”

Murray’s appointment comes as TMC expands its membership model to reach earlier-career practitioners alongside its established senior tiers. She begins in the role on August 17th 2026.
