CASABLANCA, MOROCCO – Dr. Nizar Chaari, founder of Epik Leaders, has officially unveiled the collective work titled “L’Éveil des Sentinelles” (The Awakening of the Sentinels). This strategic book, published by Epik Leaders in collaboration with ENCG Agadir, offers a powerful collection of perspectives from young African leaders on the future of soft power and diplomacy.
The book arrives at a pivotal moment for the continent. As highlighted in recent analyses by New African Magazine, Africa’s true soft power lies within its youth—a demographic that represents over 70% of the population under the age of 25. “L’Éveil des Sentinelles” serves as a practical and intellectual response to this reality, positioning African youth not as passive recipients of policy, but as the primary architects of a new narrative.

The publication features contributions from eight young authors representing various African nations, including Morocco, Senegal, Chad, and Cameroon. It was developed under the direction of Dr. Chaari and coordinated by Diarra Baba, National HR Manager of Epik Leaders.
