TEXARKANA, TX, UNITED STATES, August 31, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — INFINITI Fleet Safety has expanded its Digital Checklist feature, giving company administrators more control over how their organizations document inspections, reinforce procedures, and respond to issues in the field.
Administrators can now build and manage their own digital checklists, surveys, and inspections directly within the INFINITI platform. Companies can create one-time assignments, repeatable on-demand checklists, or multi-step workflows based on their specific operational needs.
The updated feature allows organizations to turn inspections, reports, acknowledgments, and standard operating procedures into trackable digital processes. Checklists can include required responses, photos, videos, comments, and electronic signatures.
“Accountability and consistency are some of the biggest operational challenges in any company. Now there’s a clear way to document whether procedures were followed and make sure the right people are notified when something goes wrong,” said Lydia Wommack, Marketing Director of INFINITI Fleet Safety. “This update gives administrators the flexibility to build those processes around their own operations.”
Notifications can be triggered when a checklist is assigned or submitted, as well as when a specific answer indicates a problem. Administrators can also review completion status, submission details, and individual responses through the platform.
On-demand checklists remain available after each submission, making them useful for recurring processes such as vehicle inspections, maintenance reports, safety observations, and incident documentation.
Completed submissions create dated records that can support internal reviews, audits, investigations, and other documentation needs.
