The annual award program highlights new products from companies serving the broad spectrum of the occupational health and safety industry. This year’s honorees span categories ranging from AI technology and EHS software to fall protection, heat stress, hand protection, worker health, women’s PPE and more.
An ongoing and observable trend in this year’s competition was that technology is increasingly becoming integrated into products across the safety spectrum, rather than existing as a separate category of innovation, noted OH&S Group Publisher and Executive Editor David Kopf. This year’s winners include AI-driven software and connected safety platforms alongside advances in longstanding areas such as fall protection, hand protection, gas detection, emergency response and protective apparel.
“What I find particularly encouraging is that innovation isn’t just about adding more technology,” Kopf said. “Some of these products use AI, connectivity and advanced sensors, while others solve very practical problems through better design, greater comfort or easier access to critical safety information. Ultimately, the common thread is making it easier for safety professionals and workers to manage risk and do their jobs safely.”
